Downloading the correct drivers for a LCD TV LN32D430G3D-related hardware device can be difficult because of the lack of sources, and difficulties locating them on the official Samsung website. The second suggestion, looking at a samsung manual is to look for "Anynet+" or "HDMI-CEC" in the samsung user manual and turn it off. The fact that a component connection will work while the hdmi doesn't is a clue that CEC is the source of this problem.
